g'day usa trophy

HUSQUE was approached to design a trophy for the G'day USA event.

A Ferdinands Frag was the starting point. The design and the colours used were to represent the ever changing light and colour of the Australian landscape. The bowl and the base were articulated, so that the base moves like a shadow. The base was a charcoal anodised finish with laser etched lettering. The series of colours ranged from blue to yellow, orange and red.

The greatest thrill for me was to see a picture of our Olivia Newton John presenting one to our Barry Gibb.
